General
A: Simply type in what you're looking for in the search box at the top of the page. You can search All Departments or by a specific category. You'll see search results from both our OneCart Stores (which allow you to checkout only once from multiple stores) and our Partner Stores (which will take you straight to their site. We make your life easier with shopping comparison features from all the best stores on the web - on just one site!
A: Each of our merchants has their own accepted forms of payment. Accepted forms of payment can be found by clicking on the link in the area called "Merchant Information".
A: Each merchant charges you for their portion of your order independently on your specified credit card, including shipping and tax if applicable.
A: You can change any information about you very easily by going to My Account (at the top of every page). From there you can edit your account information including your billing and shipping addresses, your email address and password as well as your saved credit card information, telephone number and more...
A: We recommend that you use one of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, or FireFox 2.0. We're working on supporting Safari – so stay tuned. Until then, we recommend that Mac users install FireFox.
Shipping
A: Each store on our site has different shipping policies. SHOP.COM does not determine shipping costs or policies, so please check each store's home page on our site to see what their policies may be. A: No. After you checkout, SHOP.COM forwards your order safely and securely by our encrypted electronic process directly to each OneCart Store to fill their part of your order. If you are ordering from more than one store, this will be clearly indicated to you during the checkout process. Each store will then handle the shipping of their portion of the order - so if you order from several stores at once, each one will provide you with their own shipping confirmations, order updates, etc. If your order is with a Partner Store, then they will handle your order separately.

A: You can be assured that we will safeguard your personal information at all times. Your privacy and the safety of your shopping experience are of paramount concern to the SHOP.COM team. Under no circumstances will we disclose or share your information with any unauthorized third party. You'll also never have to worry about credit card safety when you make purchases at SHOP.COM. We use the latest encryption technology to protect your personal data - including your credit card information - and assure that every transaction you make will be safe on our site.
Store Ratings & Reviews
A: The overall star rating is based on the average star rating given by customers on SHOP.COM.
A: Simply look for a link that says "Rate This Store" on any store home page, product page, or search result page. Click on the link and you can give the store a star rating. 1 star is the lowest possible rating, 5 is the highest. Please note that you must be signed into SHOP.COM in order to rate a store.
Product Ratings & Reviews

Comments
A: Simply look for the dialogue box icon at the top left of practically any page on the site, where it says “Share”. Note: You must have a SHOP.COM account to leave a comment.
A: Yes. Your comment will post immediately, but comments may be periodically removed by the SHOP.COM editorial team if they are deemed inappropriate.
A: Share your thoughts on products, a set of search results for a brand you love, a contest you entered, editorial articles and buying guides on the site, and more. Please do not use profanity, obscenities, and/or sexually explicit language in your comments. Comments should be informative and help customers make the right shopping decisions – we’re a shopping community here, after all!
Facebook Connect
A: Once you link your SHOP.COM account and Facebook accounts, you’ll be able to share your favorite (or not-so favorite) products, great contests and giveaways, hot sales, and more with your Facebook friends!
A: Simply log in via the Facebook Connect logo at the top of the page.
A: You will be prompted for your permission before we publish when you’ve purchased an item, when you've created a price alert for an item, and/or when you’re sharing a SHOP.COM link.
A: It’s easy! If you decide you no longer want to link your SHOP.COM and Facebook Connect accounts, simply go to the My Accounts area on SHOP.COM, locate the area that says “my Facebook Connect account”, and click “Disconnect”." Don't worry, you can always reconnect later!
